By purchasing on this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by following terms.

Shipping

Purchased items will be shipped within 7-10 business days (up to 3 weeks for wooden and reversible ones) business days of the order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify [email protected].

Orders travelling outside the EU may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon delivery and is beyond the control of Dead Face Plugs. Please contact your local Customs and Excise office for further information.

Please note that once your order is posted out, the parcels are out of my hands and responsibility. I obtain proof of postage on every item that I send.

I provide a tracking number for every parcel with shipping notification.

Please be sure that your delivery address on your PayPal account is up to date as I am not responsible for goods that are shipped to incorrect/old addresses.

For items unclaimed and returned to sender, we will consider reshipping the package, but it must be noted that the buyer will have to bear the full additional cost of re-shipping and any applicable return shipping costs that we at Dead Face Plugs had to incur, where we can show that the package postage had been previously paid for, shipped but remained unclaimed.

Returns & Exchange

I do not accept returns or exchanges on any products for health and hygiene reasons.

Product Care

All Dead Face Plugs products are hand made therefore to keep their original look:

- Remember not to take shower/bath in them because they are not waterproof
- Do not keep them in very warm place (sunlight, sources of heat)
- Clean them with cotton or chamois cloth (resin part)
- You can clean steel part of plugs with disinfectant.
- Do not sterilize.
